Terms of Use

Parties and acceptance
These terms apply between Ahmet Kılıç (Kylindravia), publisher of Form Your Day, and you as the user of the app. By creating an account you accept them. Form Your Day is for adults aged 18 and over; no account is created for anyone below that at the age gate.
What the service is and is not
Form Your Day is a planning and logging tool for nutrition, movement and daily habits. It is not a health service, does not diagnose, does not recommend treatment or medication, gives no medical advice and is not a medical device. No personalised weight or calorie plan is offered during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with a history of an eating disorder, or with clinical conditions that directly affect nutrition; with pain or injury the movement plan closes or narrows. The content and rules in the app are prepared from official sources with AI-assisted research and have not been reviewed by a human expert; this statement is also shown in the app.
AI outputs
Meal analyses and Coach answers are generated by AI, may contain errors, and estimated values are marked as such. You make the decision; no output replaces a health professional. Safety rules cannot be overridden by the user, the AI or a subscription.
Account
Your account is opened with Sign in with Apple or an e-mail verification code. Providing accurate information and protecting your session and device are your responsibility. You can delete your account and data at any time in the app (Settings › Privacy and My Data); deletion is irreversible and does not depend on an active subscription.
Subscription and payment
The main app opens only with an active subscription; there is no free tier or trial. The subscription is sold and billed through the App Store by Apple Distribution International Ltd. (Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Cork, Ireland); price, currency, first charge and renewal date are shown on the purchase screen with the App Store's current values. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period; you can cancel in iOS Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions at least 24 hours before the period ends, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refund requests follow Apple's refund process. Form Your Day processes no payment data and issues no invoices; for purchases, withdrawal and refunds your rights under the Apple Media Services Terms and consumer law remain unaffected. During a billing problem your access continues through Apple's three-day billing grace period; after that the main app closes until renewal succeeds. Monthly and yearly options unlock the same features.
Rules of use
Use the app only for your own personal use and its intended purpose. Not allowed: sharing the account, using it through automation or bulk requests, attempting to bypass security or safety rules, misusing the Coach or using it outside its purpose. Misuse may temporarily restrict the Coach; every restriction can be appealed in the app and is decided by a human within three working days at most. Emergency health guidance never closes under any restriction.
Content and intellectual property
The app, its design, texts, movement catalogue and algorithms belong to Ahmet Kılıç; you receive only a personal, non-transferable right of use. The movement catalogue's source identifiers come from the RepDB free-tier dataset (Exercise data by RepDB, repdb.co); attributions are on the Licences page. Your own records belong to you; we process them only for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy and you can export them at any time.
Personal data
The processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and KVKK Notice. Your health data are processed only with your explicit consent; your consent to AI processing is separate.
Liability
The service is provided as is. It is not warranted to be uninterrupted or error-free; planned maintenance and provider outages may occur. To the extent permitted by law no liability is accepted for indirect damages; liability for intent and gross negligence and your rights under consumer law remain unaffected. Decisions about nutrition and movement that you take while using the app are your responsibility; if you feel unwell, stop the movement and consult a health professional.
Suspension and termination
If an unsupported health condition appears in your profile, risky features are suspended without waiting for the end of the subscription period; your data are not deleted, and subscription management, export and account deletion stay available. A serious breach of these terms may suspend access to your account; your right to export your data remains. Deleting your account ends this agreement; your Apple subscription must be cancelled separately.
Changes
When the terms change this page is updated with its date; significant changes are announced in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the app after a change means accepting the new terms; if you do not accept them you can delete your account.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumer disputes the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the statutory monetary limits. Disputes about App Store purchases are resolved with the seller, Apple.
